Zhiwei Zhao
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Zhiwei Zhao has been the CEO of China Finance Online since mid-2005. He was elected as the Chairman of our Board of Directors in April 2012 and continues to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to that Mr. Zhao was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abitcool Inc, a broadband internet service provider that operated the largest private Internet Data Center in China. From 1998 to 2005, he served as the General Manager of Huatong International Development Limited in Hong Kong. Mr. Zhao earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. -
Jun Wang
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Jeff Wang joined China Finance Online in mid-2006 and became the company's Chief Financial Officer in August 2006. Mr. Wang was a Senior Manager in the Tax and Business Advisory Services at Deloitte and worked in its Beijing, London and New York offices before joining China Finance Online. Prior to that, Mr. Wang had years of experience in finance, accounting, and business. Mr. Wang obtained his Master of Business Administration from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, his Master of Economics in accounting from Beijing Technology and Business University and his B.A. degree from Shandong University. Mr. Wang is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a Certified Management Accountant of the Institute of Management Accountants. -
Kiang Dalaroy
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Kiang Dalaroy joined China Finance Online in 2011 as our Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Dalaroy brings vast managerial, business and technical expertise from stock exchange and global financial information corporation and he is overseeing the institutional business of China Finance Online. Mr. Dalaroy has global perspective and in-depth industry experience. He was a Deputy General Manager and Chief Information Officer from the Shanghai Stock Exchange Infonet Ltd., where he pioneered Level-2 market data, XBRL financial reporting products and associated commercial models in China. Previously, Mr. Dalaroy held managerial, business development and technical positions in Reuters Group companies for fifteen years, in Asia and North America. Specifically, he was the Head of Treasury Solutions for Reuters China and Hong Kong, leading major solutions deals in China Foreign Exchange Trade System & National Interbank Funding Center (CFETS), Shanghai Stock Exchange and Chinese banks. Mr. Dalaroy earned a degree in electronics engineering from Taiwan's Taipei Institute of Technology and obtained EMBA certificates from top business schools in executive development programs.
